Orders tracking by clients

I need an excel or something similar that I can use to keep track of my business orders.I got a list of clients with multiple cars for each of [login to view URL] car has a license plate number,a model and an identification number. When I place an order I want a dropdown menu where I can select the client and a specific car,then add the product they want to order,it's name,it's origin part number,it's manufacturer part number,origin ID and [login to view URL] for each order there should be a dropdown where I can select if order is complete,is paid,is not paid,is refused etc. And if I want,I can filter the orders for a specific client,and filter them for somthing like "is not paid" from the dropdown I said above.
