Oscam user Panel

I'm looking for someone who can create me a user panel for my clients preferably in wordpress. It needs to interface with two oscam servers to add new clients, extend renewing clients expiry date. add a ppv service to subscribing clients and remove service after 1 week. It needs a customer friendly subscribers sales page. Where new clients can choose 24h,1m,3m,6m,12m and subscribe to ppv event. It must be able to take stripe and paypal payments once payment has been taken create or edit client within oscam, and create a client page that only they can view, on this page it tells them the user details, service they subscribe to, expiry date, there CCcam, MGcam details with the option to download CCcam or MGcam file ready to load to there receiver. Automated mailing and sms to remind clients of there renewal, offers, and ppv events Must be very Secure and send no reference to whats been sold to stripe or paypal Please do not Bid unless you are fully competent with oscam any questions please feel free to ask also any suggestions are welcome.
