We offer a plugin file to connect MS Outlook to our CRM solution. This plugin is an existing piece of software that has been in operation for some years and is quite mature. We require the following enhancements to the software 1. The client search function in the plugin is to recognise the status of the client (using the CRM connection) and to identify appropriate clients as -Archived or -Deceased (2878) 2. When an email is sent across to Create a New Job in our CRM (existing function), the user is to be offered the ability to sent it across as flagged completed, and to include a completed date and time for that job (2875). 3. At the moment, our plugin appears on the email pages and is not available on the Meeting Response or appointment reply tabs. it would be beneficial if it could appear there so that contents and details of the meeting can be pushed across to Worksorted, like emails can be presently, as a note / job etc. (2783) 4. Minor type on the Add Job (see attachment) 2361 5. Present functionality makes it possible to include attachments when the content is sent from email to the CRM. Users would like to be able to select from the files and perhaps delete (not send) some of them across to Worksorted. At the moment it is all or nothing sent. (2258)
