I have a php application, which searches a phrase every minute from twitter api and then saves the number of tweets it counts.

if any minute the results are 5 times more than previous minute, it search within those tweets for a phrase of at least three words that appears in at least 50% of the tweets.

If no phrase appears in at least 50% of the tweets, delete the tweets from the database.

If a phrase is found in at least 50% of tweets take either the most retweeted tweet or the first tweet if there are no retweets, remove #hashtag words, remove urls, remove @mentions and make the tweet the post title in WordPress

This is all happening so far really fine. But I need tweaks done, which I have attached as an image.
