PHP changes on Wordpress (Needs PHP skills) -- 2

I've a Wordpress system and I'm using WP AFFILIATES MANAGER. WHAT I NEED? 1. I need to unify the affiliates creation with the user creation. So the administrator should use only ONE SCREEN to create, add, delete WP AFFILIATES, have in mind that: USER should be = AFFILIATES and AFFILIATES should be = USER. Right now they are in different pages (User > Create, Affiliate > Create). Do you understand that I would like to have affiliates and user as equal? We expect to desconsider the USER>CREATE page from Wordpress dashboard and we would like to have a AFFILIATE>CREATE page that should also create/delete/edit the user as well (as user=affiliate and affiliate=user) 2. look up of affiliate ID and revenue as well as search for it 3. I need to change the email rules, right now all emails are being sent to an unique recipient (office) and I would like to: all emails go by default to EMAIL A, except the confirmation of booking (Woocomerce) this goes to (CC) EMAIL B and plus EMAIL A PLEASE send me all doubt's and make sure that you're ready to see it done.
