PHP expert required for payslip generation

Web application objective:

1) Allow different companies to generate payslip for their employees

1.1) Individual company can only view the payslip that they had generated

2) Allow individual employee to login to view their own payslip

NOTE:

I will provide a template for the above interface and you are only allow to use what i had provided.

This is a responsive template and i expect to have my requirement build using this responsive design.
