PHP logon script

I need a script that will allow my a script that I run off of my server to log in to another site using a name and passord and pull the information that I need off of the other site. The script will involve cookies and redirection to another page from what I can tell. It will also need to parse the page to get a description of an inventory item. If possible it will need to grab an image and save it into a folder on the server. It has to be done in PHP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. I have a website and I want this website to login to another website using a name and password and an item number. Given that info, I need to login to the other site , and post that item number to a search box which sends me to the search results page. The result page should only have one result with the item that I need the info from. I assume it would need to follow that link to get to the item detail page where the description and image are that I need to grab. I need the info returned in a way that I can use it. I can do the database code myself. I had to enable it in php.ini. ## Platform It is an NT server with PHP version 4.4.6. I believe it has curl available. If you need more info on the installed PHP, I can give you the url that will pull up phpinfo on the server.
