Php programmer needed for cms installation

I am looking for a php programmer to installed cms on a currently in design website. You will work with my designer hand in hand to implement his designs into cms. This essentially a music site where remixers can meet up and collaborate.
Things I want in addition are areas that users can upload files, areas that notfiy site members of new mixes uploaded that await their review, a comment and ranking system for those mixes as well as for the news section of the site so people can rate news items, a simple way for members to upload a file to the site and get links to share with others. I also want individual areas for each member which would be a type of musical blog that would automatically get created for them as they post up their lastest mixes.
Things of this nature is what I want in addition to other items. I need someone who is patient and someone who is easily available via email or msn daily.
