PHP Script to pull Keyword Search Volume (Google Adwords API)

I would like to hire someone to create a PHP script that will allow me to quickly determine search volume for a certain list of keywords (up to 50) [login to view URL] 1. HTML page with one field for initial keyword and button 'Get Ideas'. 2. When I type keywords in text area one keyword per line and click 'Get Ideas' script go to Adwords Keyword Planner and try to get global search monthly volumes. Eventually I need only script to embed it into my own system, which is already developed. HTML page needed for testing - not required to spend much time for design, just show me script works correctly. I can offer more specifics to the winner. When you apply for this job, please tell me how long you'll need to build a first iteration of this tool. I have set the budget low as I prefer freelancer who already have a similar script available.
