PHP script that sends an email to a specific address when someone visits a website

I am looking for a php script that performs the following tasks: - Executes every 60 seconds and polls for new visitors to a specific domain. - Automatically sends an email that: * Contains a customizable subject line. * Can be sent to multiple recipients. * Contains the IP address of the visitor. * Contains a date and time stamp associated with each visit recorded. * Contains a unique 32 alpha-numeric stamp using md5 rand. * Logs all visits to a mySQL data table. * Can enter an array of IP's to block that also echoes a message to the persons being blocked: Example: $blockip = array(""); $x = count($blockip); for ($y = 0; $y < $x; $y++) { if ($REMOTE_ADDR == $blockip[$y]) { echo (" -------------------- NOTICE! --------------------- Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to suspicious activity.
