I need a programmer to covert a standard html site with some applescript to a fully customizable Php site. The site can be found at [login to view URL] This client would like to be able to change the real estate listings from a backend control panel and add/remove descriptions, images, etc. The site design should stay almost exactly the same. We will be using the same text, images, etc. Please respond only if you are a professional programmer that has the time to work on the project right away. I have worked with offshore programmers before and I have had both good and bad experiences, so I have quite a bit of knowledge about managing a project overseas.
