PHP Text Chat Room Script required

Need a small PHP chat room text script with following features.
Our client is looking for a simple online text chat room, browser based.
It is not a two way chat room. Meaning all clients only read and view admin text messages.
Admin is only going to send/broadcast text messages, no image, no file, no attachments, no Emoji
Font Size and BackGround colour scheme
Font size:18, Font colour Black, Background white.
Bold and italic etc.. not required.
PHP Version: 7.4 or 8.0
MySQL Version: 8.0
Browser Compatible:
Server side script in PHP. It will work with all versions of all web browsers.
(Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, FireFox, Opera, Safari etc...)
Screen Resolution Compatible:
PHP Chat script must Auto Adjust and Auto Resize to fit the screens of Mobile phones, Tablets, I-Phone, Laptops and Desktop computer screens.
What not to use:
Flash, Java script, Java applets, Cookies, and Images etc..
At client side, there is no need to download or install or enable or accept any thing.
Client just login inside chat room using his login & password without any problem.
Online web based chat room working process!
Step 1:
Admin manually adds Chat Room users with a password inside the Admin panel.
Client Login: Email address
Client Password: Any 8 to 20 digits text password with upper and lower alphabets and numbers.
Chat room must support 1 to 5,000 users at a time.
Step 2:
Admin could delete user from Admin panel.
Step 3:
Client login inside the chat room by accessing online web site link, using his email and password.
Step 4:
Only Admin/Chat room moderator sends and broadcast text messages.
As soon as Admin sends the text message, all logged in users receives it in 10 seconds.
Step 5:
Client can not send and post any text messages.
Client can scroll up the chat to read old text messages.
He only watch/view/read Admin text messages.
Step 6:
Only Admin could delete an old text message and also delete all text messages as well.
Step 7:
Date and time stamp must appear with Admin text messages in GMT.
Step 8:
PHP script must allow Four Admins to register and send messages inside chat room.
Like if Mr.A (admin) and Mr.B (admin) wants to send text messages inside chat room
then chat text messages will appear along with their unique names.
Admin or Admins do not need an online Registration form for Admins/Chat room moderators.
Like add the admin info inside the [login to view URL] file and upload it via FTP.
