PlaySMS Addon

***NO AUTO BIDS please*** I have a PlaySMS server that configured with a Kannel Server that send SMS via SMPP connection I have looking for someone to create a PlaySMS addon that does the following 1. Allow Stops to be uploaded via a CSV file (with Regex the number to remove invalid numbers and fix incorrectly formatted numbers (UK Mobile numbers) 2. Customers can uploads a csv file with numbers and personalised fields 3. If one or more variables are missing from one or more numbers warn customer on upload but just blank the field on the message if they proceed 4. Regex the number to remove invalid numbers and fix incorrectly formatted numbers (UK Mobile numbers) 5. Customer can compose message using the fields from csv (like a mailmerg) - ad rop down box with the headers from the CSV example “ Hello #name# you appointment time is #time# at #address# thanks” and a different file could have different variables - 6. Message can be scheduled or sent instantly 7. Numbers are checked against playsms stop database prioir to being sent to kannel and credit reduced by number of sms sent (after clean up numbers and stops removed of course) 7. Customer can download a report in excel format show summary page with Sent / failed / delivered / pending counts and percentages) and another sheet with raw data (number/sender/msg/status etc) - This report should be in real time
