portal with categories, upload images, buy/sell

I am interested in building a portal like [login to view URL] which has multiple categories, sub categories, and options to upload images, streaming ads on the screen, and some some google ads on any page I want a solution based on PHP/mySQL. I have Fantastico installed on my cPanel, so if you can configure any of the CMS or e-commerce solutions like Mambo, PHP nuke, osCommere or ZenCart that come with cPanel to do all this, then you can get this job.
