Post Image to API via Zapier

We use Zapier to automate small business tasks. We want to be able to take a picture via cell phone and send it as an e-mail attachmend to a Zap with Zapier E-Mail as the trigger. We want to post this picture to the order documents in our ERP System. The API Documentation of our ERP System is here: [login to view URL] The API requires the image to be tranfered in the body as binary I would prefer a solution within the Zapier Code Modul, so we can easily use it for other tasks. Our Roadblock in trying to set this up was, that Zapier hydrates the image in a way we don't understand and we haven't been able to Post it correctly.
