Prestashop / PHP expert needed for many projects

Hello, We have 4 prestashops and we are looking for a php expert for long term business. We have many projects always. You should have excellent php skills, should have knowledge with frameworks and of course java script and mysql databases. This first project is for following, if you can do this we will have many tasks for you. We need this modifications to our prestashop 1.6: 1. after customer creates a account, a new email should be send to customer. We will send you the html design of this email. 2. in this email should be a new generated voucher code that is valid for 6 months, can be used 1000 times and is a 10% discount voucher. 3. every sale that was done using this voucher should be recorded and credited to customer that was mentioned in 1. customer 1. will get a 5% commission for every sale. 4. when customer 1. logs in his my account area he should have a overview of all transactions / sales that where made using his voucher code. Admin also needs to have a overview of all sales commisions. Maybe in the customers page? Also there admin needs ability to define percentage commission amount that customer will get.
