The Property Website is already running. We want to change the interface, add some functions and remove some. We want to add Google Adv[ adsense]. Probably it needs to be re-build though some functions can be imported. We are looking for an easy to communicate with person/group/company that can be creative & understanding. We are finalizing a document to deeply explain what we need. THE ONLY MILESTONE CREATED WILL BE THE FINAL PAYMENT, IE WHEN PROJECT IS READY AND FULLY WORKING WITHOUT ANY BUGS. If you are not comfortable with PayPal integration please don't bid. If you are not happy with this Milestone DON'T BID. Please also don't bid if you think and not able to be flexible. We expect that time frames are respected with no additional cost [ unless additional work is asked, that we understand]. Certain security functions such as https & cookies [ daily expiry] are basics for this kind of project so don't expect us to mention them in our document. We expect to build a partner type relationship with our developers who discuss matters. We already have a layout in our mind but we value opinions to make it better. Present Data on the current website needs to be exported onto the new one, should a new website is build. If you think your price is right and have commitment to finish this job we welcome your bid. Obviously we need to discuss the project before we award.
