Redesign website with drupal

We need to move forward with the redesign of the website and mobile version. We will mostly be changing the entire look and will need you to add a few things we did not have before: - Ability to show video or images on the landing page and top banner on homepage. - Live Chat Widget on right side of moving pages. For the website, we really want it to look modern and fresh and very easy to navigate. Our main websites that we want to reference are [url removed, login to view] and www.thetenspot.com. Both these websites look great, are easy to navigate, simple, and have small moving/scroll/transitional elements. I have created two samples (Landing Page and Main Homepage) of generally how we want it to look. However, I trust your expertise and know you can make the site even better than what I designed. If you think some elements of the site need to be changed in order to look better, I trust your judgement. See attached the samples. The current website was designed using Drupal for all forms. We will need to get started on this as soon as possible. Can you provide a quote and time frame on when it would be done. Also, please ensure the site can also work on all mobile/tablet devices.
