REST API, PHP and MySQL developer needed to create few reports

We are looking for REST API, PHP and MySQL developers to help us extend an operational module by adding new REST API based on PHP. The requirement is to create new REST APIs in PHP for 3 new unformatted reports. We will provide the sample reports for which the data need to be generated from an existing MySQL database. Expectations: 1. The hired developer is hands-on with PHP and MySQL 2. The hired developer discuss and thoroughly understand the requirements 3. The hired developer work with the front end developer to understand the requirement which can be used to develop the Angular front end 4. The hired developer has to sign the work contract and NDA The budget range is negotiable. This project is a trial project for shortlisting the freelancer for a bigger project.
