We are into retail selling of surgical, medicals, gym equipment and few other things in different outlets. We want to track in all outlets following things 1) Footfall and their details like contact and for what they contacted the outlet, 2) Sales (not finance and taxes only items category) 3) Service and status of service (if product is under warranty free service will provided at their house by service engineer or in the outlet itself. if not in warranty paid service will be provided. We should know the status of each service ticket which spare part is defect, where is spare part sent to company or received or ticket closed after confirmation etc.) Suggest a system web application or mobile application (Android) or mix of both.
