Scrapinghub.com scrapy project uspto.gov and whitepages.com api service

I need code written for [login to view URL] using scrapy. The code will scrape the [login to view URL] for patents and patent applications whose description includes microprocessor or microcontroller or cpu or both micro and controller. I want the code to search individual application or issue dates on a day by day basis. All patent information should be scrapped and put into a spreadsheet, database or cvs file. The code should use scrapinghub's cloud service crawlera. The code needs to search past patents and also new patents just released. It also needs to search the same days repeatedly to grab new patents on those days the second part of the project is to use whitepages api with an api key to look up patents in which the assignee and inventor are the same on whitepages.com. this code will use sample api keys which are good for 200 searches only and use as many keys as needed. There will be a file of keys to read from. This will also use scraping hubs crawlera proxy service.
