3D Secure verification with 2checkout

We have a web application built with Codeigniter. we had integrated 2checkout our application but the problem is there are lots of unfinished orders getting. we have contact 2checkout support they suggested like below... "Thank you for reaching out to us. In the past month, you received 36 unfinished/suspect orders, many of which are from the same customer, as some of them place 2 or 3 orders. For the fraud ones, there is not much that we can do, apart from filtering them and making sure that you are receiving legitimate orders. I have analyzed most of the unfinished orders that are not suspect and I can see that many customers fail the 3D Secure check. The 3D Secure step is a legal requirement, it entails an SMS through which the customer receives a code, that the customer needs to fill in a new pop-up (or redirect) page. It seems that they might be filling it wrong. They have to reach out to their bank to make sure that they are finalizing this step correctly. What you can do in this regard is to provide additional information before the checkout or on your page regarding the 3D Secure verification. Hope this puts your mind at ease.
