Set up wordpress theme Exactly like Demo and make some changes (will need to know CSS/PHP etc)

I want it set up exactly like this on my website (copy images etc over) I want it EXACTLY THE SAME with these changes

1) On search bar Tours should be first. Not hotels

2) When selecting Tours on search bar, there should be no ''Checkin' or Checkout' selection it should just be 'Select a date'. This needs to be corrected with all filters as you can also see here on sidebar ([url removed, login to view])

I need this completed by 9AM GMT 24/07/2015 so please only apply if you can start working RIGHT NOW!
