Setup PEEPSO Wordpress theme and Plugin

I have purchased the Peepso theme and all plugins and have done the basic setup. I will need someone to take up this and complete the project by installing all plugins and making the site fully functional with all options. Additionally, if you have expertise (will need work samples) in graphic design/css then I will need help in changing the default look and feel of the theme.
