SFCC backend developer

Looking for a motivated SFCC backend developer being able to start quickly. Remote work possible, target work place: Singapore or Philippines. Responsibilities Use of SFCC Script and other related development technologies, performs various tasks, such as design, development and testing of SFCC REST APIs, 3rd Party integrations and other back-end services. Integration with Front end web technologies like HTML, CSS, Java Script and associated frameworks. Performing all administrative options/tasks/interfaces available in Business Manager. Working with external vendors to set up feeds and processes for price and inventory on projects. Performing design and development of third party (backend) integrations like Address/Shipping/Tax validation, Payment authorization, CRM, OMS. Understanding the deployment considerations specific to SaaS based cloud server. Supporting the maintenance and technical configuration of the eCommerce environment. Partnering with the business, vendors, and other IT team members for troubleshooting and performing enhancements/upgrades. Working closely with business partners on providing a POV on technical and process recommendations and solutions. Participating in cross-functional efforts to build out web application platforms. Working with technical teams to devise or modify procedures/processes to solve complex problems. Utilizing functional knowledge of the B2C and B2B processes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience Has 4+ years of experience in SFCC Certified SFCC Developer or Architect will be a plus Experienced in B2B, B2C, multi-site and multi-country, end-to-end implementations of SFCC eCommerce applications Proficient in using UX Studio Has led at least 1 SFCC implementation Participated in at least 2 additional SFCC implementations At least 5 years of Java or JavaScript experience. Possess good understanding of object oriented programming, relational databases. At least 2 years working with XML data import and export activities; Experience with tagging and testing tools a plus Strong ability to balance multiple responsibilities and take initiative Ability to perform in a fast paced and highly interactive team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem solving skills.
