I am looking to have a CRM program developed, focused mainly on client management, marketing automation. Every company that hires this software will pay a monthly fee and its access should be cut off if its not paid for. Each company should be allowed to create profiles for their sales team to upload client information and track progress on sales. I need it to be as simple as possible, I don't want a tricky system, my clients will be small or medium sized companies therefore not all workers are very experienced or good with technology. The program should be able to run off a webpage, an online version only. This is where clients sign in or sign up for the program.
It must be in spanish.
An outlook type profile with access to calendar (appointments) in two types of view settings, like the picture shown (daily) or a monthly 31 day feature. Reminders should be received automatically from activity received from marketing campaigns,
example click here button (to get a quote). System should automatically send a notification to the user of the program that they need to send that quote or schedule a meeting. Notes section is there for the users to upload notes based on activity happening with each customer they are dealing with.

Client profile and organisation:
Every user should be able to have access to their customers. They should be able to create a contact for them and the software should automatically organise them by segment based on what they buy from the company and prioritise them by quantity bought both in $ and volume.
Software should allow users to create marketing campaigns for each segment of clients organised based on what they are buying. It should schedule automatic emails during the day to all that segment. It requires lead generations, create statistics on open rate and organise the potential clients into the appointments category.
For services companies, there should be options of sending campaigns every 6 months (for example) based on each clients last visit.
For example a dentist. He needs his clients to comeback every 6 months, after each patient visits him, he should be able to register the contacts date of visit and a campaign should be automatically generated that in 6 months the customer will have a preset email sent to him with info on his visit.
Every month it should show how the campaigns did, how many clicks they got on the link, how many people bought, etc. This through graphs and tables.
