Software to automatically place football bets via API

Objective: to place football bets via an API using information in a supplied file. Details: 1. Poll a folder for a new file: i) The polling rate needs to be set, i.e. every 1 second ii) The times the polling occurs, i.e. from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm - outside of these times no polling or bet placement will occur iii) The location of this folder needs to be set Note: the file can be in Excel, .txt or .csv format 2. Use information in file to place bets - the information in the file will be: i) Date of event ii) Country of event iii) Competition, i.e. Premier League iv) Home and Away teams of event, i.e. Arsenal, Chelsea v) The bet type: back or lay vi) The bet selection, i.e. Chelsea vii) The football bet type: i.e. Asian Handicap +0.5 viii) The odds, in decimal format viii) The stake, i.e. £200 Note: all bets must be in GBP Software: - Needs to include Matchbook login and password - Needs to include the polling rate (as per no. 1 above) - Needs to include folder location to be polled - Needs to include times (To and From) when software will be polling and placing bets - The above must be savable information Important: - If a bet is not matched it must be left on [login to view URL] - Relevant Matchbook API documentation will be supplied - APIs can be dangerous, therefore only apply for the work if you have relevant expertise and experience - We are concerned given bets will not be placed due to incorrect information, i.e. the bet names, football team names, etc. We assume we need to use the exact names as per Matchbook, but we do not know these. - We will not consider applicants that have copied and pasted their work history without directly responding to our concerns and requirements. - We would prefer the software to be coded in VB or c# - Source code must be provided once project has completed Many thanks, Mike
