However, as you have shown pagespeed results, which means pagespeed checked your website with the guidlines they deem necessary. So, what I would do for you is to setup pagespeed module on your webserver as a starter. What pagespeed does is that it automatically optimizes your images and minifies your css and javascripts etc. Just give me a chance, and then see the magic happening in front of your eyes.
