Simple task. I want an app that will allow any number of players to enter a knock out tennis tournament. Entry to the tournament is dependent on paying an entry fee via paypal. All entry fees go towards prize money. The winner gets 75% of the prize money the runner up gets 25% automatically on completion of the tournament. Entrants can be seeded. I do not want to use existing software. I want to pay a developer a once off fee to develop this. I don't want to pay a subscription.
