Our WordPress website had been experiencing intermittent 500-level errors over the past few days. The site runs on SiteGround and I have worked with support to try the following: Restored site from backup, disabled all plugins, and edited the [login to view URL] file. We are still having some issues that I think may be related to the file wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. The following are symptoms of the issue: - Media Library is not loading and the 'loading' icon just spins - Cannot set featured images on posts - Cannot search for plugins (loading icon spins) - Embedded - When purging site cache from black bar at the top, I get a 403 permission denied error despite resetting permissions site-wide I need someone to help fix these issues today if possible and get our website back to normal.
