Tudobe software for managing contractor pay

I need to build a software that manage pay for each individual person for every salons. salon A have 10 employee. Salon A will pay 60%-70% commission and 5-10% on tip to Tudobe. Tudobe will do the payroll and pay Salon A 10 employee base on commission Tudobe negotiate with each employee.
example:
1. Ryan. service make $500 and $60 tip Salon A pay 60% commission to Tudobe which is $300 and 10%on tip which is $6
Tudobe pay Ryan 55% commission of $500 is $275 and minus 10% of tip is $54. Tudobe make a profit of $25 plus $6 tip. Ryan commission is $275. He want to loan 40% in cash and 60% check
and add the tip to check too.
