You will develop a CLI version of Twilio (Call the Twilio REST API) with a custom TwilioRestClient in C# (.NET Core C#) and would like it to be an exe file when completed and will be called via Command and have parameters as such: -to , -body, -mediaURL parameters. It also should be able to output the parameters and status in a csv file. Read config file to get credentials. Source codes and exe compiled are included upon completion.
