Twitch Bot That Connects to Every Live Stream and Writes A Message/Follows Them

Hello Everyone, I'm looking for a twitch bot that can connect to chats on twitch stream. I'm a streamer on twitch and I've noticed there are people that can do this now. They connect to twitch chats using IRC and I wanted a bot to where I can login and it can connect to people's live streams and write a message and follow them. Looking for someone preferably familiar with twitch. MSG ME for Details - I'll help you out to explain it further. including the features listed below: - Connects to Twitch Streamers chats that just went live (there is a sort button on twitch) - Connects to their chat and re-connects everytime they go live - Everytime they connect to a new twitch streamer's chat - say a message - Follow new twitch streamers after saying a message.
