Custom captive portal.
User connects to the hotspot wifi, to get access they will need to "check in" to a Facebook preset page or follow tweeter feed.

-The allowed session time should be configurable ie. 1hour, 2 hours per day / per week / once off.
-Also allow the user may use wifi if they enter a custom password.
