Update a wordpress website to make it more functional and automated

I own both and they are forwarded to each other but url says .net and should say .com when anyone is on the site The newsletter sign-up should be much more automatic and comprehensive and less manual. When someone signs up for the newsletter it should prompt them to choose “I am a Buyer: Distributor, Agent or Retailer (We only work with sellers who are Brands or Manufacturers)" or “I am a Seller: Brand or Manufacturer“ (We only sell to verified businesses- Retailers, Distributors and Agents) Once they choose Buyer or Seller then they will fill out the form online and all information will automatically populate into a database in my Mailchimp. Once the form is filled out, they would be required to enter a digital signature validating that the information they entered is true and correct Anytime someone signs up I will get an email letting me know that a new person signed up. The person that signs up should also get an email thanking them for signing up. If they did not complete the process they should get a reminder email in 6 hours reminding them to finish their registration or giving them the option to decline to register. The site should also be responsive for all mobile devices I am trying to automate the process and make it easier for everyone.I welcome any suggestions that you may have to make it a better experience for the user and much more automated for me.
