Updates to an Existing WordPress Website

We are looking for a experienced backend WordPress developer to update and make some changes to a customized WordPress site. Here is the work that we need to have completed:
Update Wordpress, themes and all plugins, making sure that none of our current customizations to theme, etc are overwritten or lost. Fix any problems or issues that any updates or work causes. In admin area, I need to be able to see user passwords, next to usernames. I need a link to easily send emails with usernames and passwords to users and myself.
Fix dates (Last Modified, etc), time and quantity of files uploaded for users (these are sometimes missing or wrong). Fix any problems communicating with the Amazon AWS S3 server or hosting server.
Move message system to a separate area (not under each footage upload areas as it is now), so there is just one message area for each user. Add links for “Messages/Chat”. See my design files.
Clicking on Footage Title needs to open modal popup box (not message area) with Footage Info, deadlines, checklist, buttons, etc. See my new design for this modal popup box. Checklist for admin needs to match the checklist in this new design file.
Replace “Updated” column with “Deadlines”, and list both deadlines for each.
Default sort should be by Last Modified with most recent first.
This is a live website with real visitors and traffic. Therefore, the developer will need to setup this website on their development server so all work can be completed and verified that is is working correctly there before making any changes to the live website.
We will also need to know the following:
How I can update on my own in the future.
Where is the connection to Amazon AWS S3?
How can default deadline amount of time be edited?
