I currently have a pure html and javascript app on a webserver (no .php). This is all client side. The app renders content dynamically from two different api's calls based upon a parameter passed to the page in the URL. This is currently working although i various updates. The first update and the task i require you to bid on is as follows: The two api calls are currently unauthenticated. I can apply authorisation to one of my Apis in the form of the token but passing this from the app in the api call is pointless as this will be easily accessible. So I'm looking for advice on the best solution to authenticate this. I have little experience of web technologies but i do have a separate server which does have .php enabled. If it were possible to make this API call to a .php script I assume this could secure the token and make the call to my api endpoint and then return the result to the app. There will be further updates and enhancements so experience of both api's, javascript and html are prerequisites along with glowing reviews.
