Use WP Estimation and Forms plugin to build project bidding

I need to create an estimator through WP Estimation and Forms plugin (from [login to view URL]) which will calculate if/then based on several factors, then integrate it with Google calendar, woo commerce, and mail chimp. The calculator should look like the sample image and be able to be dropped in on any page via shortcode.
The right candidate must be familiar with these specific plugins and must be very versed with scripting of mathematical if/then scenarios. For examples: ((if type of clean is standard) and (if bedrooms is >3 and/or if bathrooms >3) or (sq ft >2599) then $ = sq ft x 0.075). The parameters are Type of Clean, Frequency, # Bedrooms, # Bathrooms, Sq Ft of Home, any other discounts, any other add ons (ie refrigerator cleaning). We charge either an hourly rate or price per sq ft for the base clean depending on size of home. Also will need to set up gift card with single use codes, as well as set up of other available discounts.
Again, I am only looking for someone very versed with WP Estimation and Forms (this plug in specifically), Woo Commerce, Google Calendar and Mail Chimp and how to integrate WPE&F with the others.
