I have a hosted VPS server which I can only access using the console feature on the website of my web hosting service. I need someone who can go in using that console, determine what the problem is and fix it so that the VPS will boot again and will support the web server and other necessary services.
My VPS is running CentOS with Apache, MySQL, Cpanel, WHM, etc...
Right now my web hoster indicates that 99% of the RAM is being used. I expect that is why it won't boot, but I can't fix it myself. Can you?
I've had experience with similar issues before, and whilst it's difficult to completely understand your issue from the limited information you're seeing on screen, I am confident that I resolve it!

Proposed Milestones
$250 USD - Successful Boot Up of the server with all services functioning.
