Want to Build a Dynamic Website with Android Application

I Need a Website and Android Application where we will be able to maintain our customer panel Project Requirements (Requires both on PHP Website and Android Application) 1. Registration Page on the app 2. login with app. (with Password and OTP SMS) 3. App should have referral Modal Boxes for sharing on Social Media 4. No of referrals and total payments 5. Last 5 payment details display 6. Notification on their Mobiles which we update on Website 7. Transfer of Mobile Contacts into the Customer Panel for sending SMS. 8. Link for Auto Login into their Panels from app to browser 9. On Updates like payment or commission should be Notified though app. 10. Further updates will be explained on project approval Project Terms and Conditions: 1. You Should Sign an Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement. 2. The Freelancer should work completely on the company system using Team viewer. 3. You should work Between 6 PM to 9PM (on Week Days) and 10 AM to 4PM on Sundays. 4. The Project will Be considered as Full Time Project and it may have more updates 5. This project is for hiring a full time or commission-based position. 6. All the Codes and Apps will be the property of company. Project work flow will be discussed upon Submission of Proposal.
