I am looking for a web based chat bot for customer service. The idea is for the bot to filter many basic enquiries and will be required to lookup from and modify a caspio database (SQL) via API. The bot will also forward more difficult situations to our online chat agents. The chat agents are currently operate in TAWK but we can switch that to a new chat platform for compatibility if required.
