A web portal, an android app, and an iOS app

I need a web portal created (web application), with user authentication. We need User management: - create users (different types) - send email to confirm email, then allow to create password and login - different access groups, every group with different privilages We will have a customer table, (create new customer, edit customer, view all shops, view all shop cleaning tasks) Also shops table, each customer has multiple shops, each shop will have coordinates to be able to be seen on google maps. Also each shop will have cleaning jobs, so the customer record will need to show all Shops, and all cleaning jobs (tasks) Need to be able to see all shops for a customer on google maps. Need to see all shops for all customer on google maps, use a different colour for different customers. Also, there should be a table to store the cleaning schedule. In this schedule, the date of the first cleaning job/task is entered, and then once the job is done, there will be a field that will be used to work out the next cleaning job date. The cleaning job requires the cleaner to take photos before the cleaning is done, and after the cleaning is done. This will be done using the Android App (more info below). The cleaning job/task should show Before pics and After pics. Also in some cases, an inspector will visit the shop and an inspection job should be created. This job will have a checklist. This checklist should come from a Template checklist (so, for example, a template checklist to check 20 items will be created), and when the job/task to do the inspection for the ATM is created, the checklist linked to that template should be loaded and the inspector should tick all the items. Also the shop owner should be able to create an Alert for the inspector if they spot a problem. This will then become a task for the cleaner after it is approved by the inspector. There should be multiple reports. Ability to import records using excel (like a list of all the shops). All records like customers, shops, tasks, inspections, alerts should be printed (with images) as PDF for each record, and exported as excel (as a list). The android App will have a Log In screen, option to send email for forgotten password. Then the user will see a list of their tasks (cleaning or inspection). They should be able to open a task and fill in details and take photos, and tick the checklist checkboxes and save. Sometimes there are 2 different checklists. The user should be able to view on google maps the location of the shop in the task. Another Android and iOS app is needed for the shop owners to see the following: - Log In screen, send email for forgotten password - View all pending cleaning tasks, and all completed in the last week. - Should be able to view all shops, and the date of the last cleaning job, and last inspection. Finally, a dashboard is needed to show the following information: - Number of pending Tasks - Number of shops cleaned in the last week - Number of shops due to be cleaned but not yet cleaned (based on dates) - Number of Alerts to be dealt with - Number of shops with failed inspection - Number of completed cleaning jobs in the last week or so Please share with me the template you will use (needs to be modern).
