Web site build in Wordpress using "Elementor" - For a construction company.

We need a web site built on the Wordpress platform which needs to be constructed using the "Elementor" builder for ease of our future updates.
The site needs to follow an existing colour scheme and logo but its appearance must be of the highest quality.
We can provide examples of the companies competitors so that the designer can see what level of design needs to be achieved. -
We are looking for the project to be a little slow in development as we can only work as fast as our client can provide content.
Its is essential that whoever is awarded the project must be patient with progress.
We have experienced very "Pushy" coders in the past and we will not tolerate this again.
The project will be removed if we experience this.
We have a number of projects in the pipeline with other clients so we are looking for a reliable, skilled and helpful company to work with moving forward. We do have the ability to produce the sites on our own but find that we do not have the luxury of time to do so.
This specific project does not need any e-commerce but is going to be graphically rich.
In light of this - whoever is appointed must have the skill for high end graphic design which needs to impress us.
We do not have a full spec for the project as yet but we are looking to get an idea of cost based upon a WP site consisting of up to 20 pages approx.
We will set a price of $200 just to get the project running which can be negotiated up or down depending on where we go.
I look forward to having some good chats with prospective qualified freelances who MUST have a portfolio to show previous work and good recommendations.
We will be hosting the site on our own servers. We will provide a development domain with WP already installed and licensed Elementor Pro platform on our own server with SSL for the developer to work on. We will provide CPanel access to this.
