Web site (please read carefully for your own benefit)

First, we need someone to get into our current website to change the company phone number (we expect this to be instant). This is only to cover a period until we have created a new website with the winning freelancer.
Second, we need to build a new website. The new site must be on wordpress and must be easy for us to edit when we need too. We will send links to the kid of site we want to build and our current site. The site must be completed within 3 days and look amazing! it must also be very easily ranked on google and have built in SEO to help us obtain more web advertising.
To be clear our terms and conditions are
1)We wont work with any one who wants money up front. After the last issue we will only release money from our accounts department when the job is finished and complete. This is completely non negotiable. Anyone that asks will be asked not to bid or proceed further. Payment will be made when the site is complete and transferred to our domain and give a week of testing/ensuring the site works properly.
2) The site must be completely SEO, Google ready and built within 3 days (it is an information site only, it just needs to have the relevant information and look great!).
3) Must work on UK time frame and give us pure dedication for 3 days.
