Webpages Customization Needed

I am very much in need of a coder that has got excellent understanding of the Twitter Bootstrap Framework version 3 and 4, HTML/PHP/CSS3 who can help me solve a few major issues that I am currently having.  This will be explained further on in the application. 1. Currently the membership ship script that I am running is using version 3. Not only will you be making the code similar you will correct any errors, such as how things work in regards to responsiveness..  Everything needs to work exactly as they do on the above pages.  (I will discuss more through the interview process in regards to the code being simplified...) 4. I have used my own breadcrumb, and progress bar. 5. On the sales-page you will need to add a second line of text to certain buttons. " Order Now With 100% Confidence On 100% Secure Servers".  The largest font size for that text will be 18px, then moving down in font size depending on screen size.. You will also need to make sure that when you add the second line of text to the blue buttons that the placement of the content underneath them move down correctly as they already do.   6.  I have already started to create a RISK Acceptance form ([login to view URL]) which I have copied from here [login to view URL] You need  to correct any errors, make it fully responsive as it should  be. 7. On a separate webpage you will need to create several buttons that matches the ones that be found on this page.... [login to view URL]  I am talking about just the grey buttons.  The whole button will fit a column width. To get paid for this work you must do all of the work correctly! All work needs to be fully responsive. Previous Work experience is required.. The lowest Bidder will win this project
