I am the sales manager of a food distribution company and I am looking to create a Mobile App and a website so I can communicate and manage my sales team in the market.
I have the following needs and goals:
• To be able to create an account for each customer (Name, Address …) and have a full customer list accessible to my sales team.
• To be able to upload, edit a product list that my sales team can access to on the road on their mobile apps.
o I want this to be updated in real time, so when I change a price or put a special item on promo – I want my sales team to see it right away
o They should also be able to place orders on the app and once they submit an order we should get an email or any kind of notification with the order details.
• I want my sales team to be able to take a picture of each store that they visit on a daily basis so I can monitor the sales of my products on the shelves. Each photo should get saved on that specific store account and has to be stored for at least 6 months.
o Each photo should get saved with a time & date so all photos can be monitored by the sales manager.
• This App should have the capability so that the sales manager and the sales person can leave comments and notes on each store account.
o For example:
Tom (Sales Manager) – Dec 28 2017: Please tell the store that the new products on now in stock
John (Sales Person): - Jan 2 2018: I spoke to the manager and he placed an order on some of the items.
• I want each store (account) to have a feature called “Last Visited” – each time a sales person takes a photo and places an order, this column should get the date & time of that visit.
• and finally, I need this program to be designed in such a way so that we can add more features in the future – such as
o generating different reports – (based on Last visit, address, city, ….)
