Hello i need a chatroom made that allows voice and text chat as well as sending pictures.

I already have the GUI done and how its going to look, i just need help with the chat room.

The chat room needs to have like a global chat then have some channels for like groups to join. that when they join the channels it allows them to use voice or text like it does with discord.
