WooCommerce Products Customisation using Ninja forms

Need the following: Add Ninja Form within WooCommerce Products & customise the Ninja form to display the following: Show Labels numbering 1-11 each of them having on an average 8 items with checkboxes next to it. Each label can have a maximum selection of any number from 1 to 3. Lastly Label 12 having common items showing all of them checked beforehand Need to be able to copy the code to other WooCommerce Products Illustrative Example Label 1 (Select any 2 items) Display should be as below (with checkboxes against each item) Item 1 Item 3 Item 5 Item 7 Item 2 Item 4 Item 6 Item 8 Label 6 (Select any 3 items) Display should be as below (with checkboxes against each item) Item 1 Item 3 Item 5 Item 7 Item 2 Item 4 Item 6 Item 8 Label 10 (Select any 3 items) Display should be as below (with checkboxes against each item) Item 1 Item 3 Item 5 Item 7 Item 2 Item 4 Item 6 Item 8 Label 12 (Common Items) All these items should appear pre-selected and in the above display format Item 1 Item 2 Item 3 Item 4 Item 5 Item 6
