Hello. It's true, WordPress it's the most easy to use CMS, although many are reluctant to use it for big projects because it's not as secure as Drupal or Joomla. Those 2 can be pretty tricky to use and maintain, and expensive to set up, but the results are seen by pretty much every developers as better than WordPress. Still, it may be unfair to think that WordPress is not a secure CMS, because it is secure, it's just that Drupal and Joomla are more secure out of the box than WordPress. In the right hands, security wouldn't be an issue, no matter the CMS you use. So... as a conclusion, WordPress is easier to use and maintain, faster and cheaper to set up (there are lots of ready to use classifieds themes and plugins), and, in some cases, better looking, but it's slightly inferior in security. On the other hand, Drupal and/or Joomla are more secure and stable, the results will look more "professional" (that does not translate in eye-candy, but in clean design and layout), but will cost more to setup (needs more coding and customization to do what is needed) and more time to maintain (options can be scattered in multiple places). As far as hosting plans, doesn't really matter. you can start low and move higher whenever the traffic needs it. Well... don't know what else you need to know, but I'm open to chat if you need more info. Good luck.
