I need a freelancer who will essentially be our webmaster for our office with continual work.
we have installed the michigan learning suite (wordpress) theme from themeforest.

There are some problems we need help with:
1. we can't update the site logo for some reason.
2. the logo doesnt show up at all on the mobile version of the site
3. the logos in a carousel on home page look very small on the mobile version of the web
4. we have no idea how to recreate this gallery from the demo with our content:
